This checklist is used to review the installation of the MAX-SAFE Anti-Rollaway Brake System into Kalmar Ottawa T2 Vehicles. After testing, this document must be completed in full by a competent certified installer. This completed document MUST be sent to SGESCO-MAX at the address below.
